The College Station ISD Education Foundation honored 66 graduating seniors and their chosen educators at the annual Senior Hall of Fame banquet. The celebration will be Wednesday, April 8, at the Hilton College Station.
Honorees from A&M Consolidated, College Station, and College View High Schools were selected based on integrity, positive attitude, leadership, and dedication to their school. Senior candidates are elected by the teachers from each high school, and the top 6% of those are honored. Each student honoree then selects an educator who has been influential in their academic career and tributes them with an essay.
“This inspirational event encourages future leaders and celebrates how teachers make an impact on their lives,” shared Education Foundation Board President Gerry Brown.
“Hall of Fame commemorates outstanding seniors and educators, and it’s a celebration of their efforts throughout their career in CSISD,” said Education Foundation Executive Director Teresa Benden. “It honors the hard work and dedication they show every day.”
