STEPS TO APPLY FOR A TECHNOLOGY GRANT
1. Request a Technology Quote by opening the “Helpdesk” app at https://tech.csisd.org/. "Create a Ticket" and then choose "Technology". Click on "Quote Request" and enter the description of the item you are requesting. Also, fill out the TECH REQUEST FORM (see below) and attach it to your ticket. Click Next and then under Quote Request Details, choose "Campus Funds" for Fund Type. Click Next and fill out your contact information.
2. Once you have received your quote back, email it, along with your completed TECHNOLOGY APPROVAL FORM (see below), to David Hutchison for approval.
3. After you receive your Technology Approval Form back signed by David, upload it to your grant application.
