If you are ordering a Centennial Brick, please list what you would like on your brick. There is a limit of 3 lines of text with 18 characters max on each line, including spaces. Text will be uppercase and centered on the brick. Bricks will be ordered once a year and placed in the plaza annually.
I authorize College Station ISD Education Foundation to initiate, and my financial institution to honor, a one-time electronic debit from my bank account on the date, for the amount, and from the account listed.
I authorize College Station ISD Education Foundation to store my bank account information and initiate recurring electronic ACH debits from my indicated account, and authorize my financial institution to honor such payments. This authority is for the amount, dates, and frequency listed and is to remain in effect until canceled by College Station ISD Education Foundation, my financial institution, or me. I can cancel my authorization for recurring payments by contacting College Station ISD Education Foundation at (979) 764-5586. I also confirm that this constitutes my written authorization and electronic signature to enroll in recurring payments.
